The goal of the Coalition of Police and Sheriffs of America is to provide critical support to political candidates who advocate for law enforcement professionals in their legislative efforts. Coalition of Police and Sheriffs of America also gives crucial support to candidates running for office who will provide support to officers and their families. It is very important to increase the number of candidates who will support our law enforcement.
Law enforcement is a dangerous job and our police and sheriffs need legislators who have their backs while they risk their lives to keep us all safe. It is important that they have equipment that will keep them and the public safe. It is crucial that they have the resources they need to respond when there are emergencies. It is imperative that we encourage politicians to support those needs that are so essential to public safety.

What is our goal?
Our Mission
It is the mission of the Coalition of Police and Sheriffs of America to advocate for legislation and candidates who will advocate for the American law enforcement officer to do their jobs safely, effectively, and swiftly to protect their communities. The Coalition of Police and Sheriffs of America will also advocate to keep existing laws on the books that allow officers to do their jobs best and to encourage candidates to write and pass legislation that can promote improvements in resources, equipment, and safety for law enforcement and the public.
